PepsiCo México – Payroll Inputs Jr Analyst. Responsabilidades: Process and validate Complementary Input requests, including one time payments, union dues, special payments, and another payroll-related transactions. / Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of employee data updates and payroll inputs prior to payroll processing. / Perform critical validations and control activities to identify discrepancies, mitigate risks, and ensure payroll accuracy. / Partner with Human Resources, local management, and other stakeholders to address exceptions, resolve issues, and communicate situations requiring special attention. / Investigate transaction discrepancies and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues in a timely manner. / Maintain compliance with established payroll policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs). / Support payroll cycle activities and operational priorities while ensuring a high standard of quality and customer service. / Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery.
