Baxter México – Warehouse Superintendent. Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily warehouse activities. / Oversee warehouse receiving and shipping processes. / Manage and control inventory with accuracy and reliability. / Monitor warehouse operational KPIs. / Lead continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, 6S).

Experience and knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (SAP / Oracle / JDE) · IndispensableBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field · IndispensableAt least 5 years of experience managing receiving / shipping / and storage activities / along with extensive knowledge of inventory control techniques · IndispensableAt least three years of experience supervising non-exempt staff · IndispensableProven ability to lead / train / and develop personnel · IndispensableAdvanced leve of English · Indispensable
