Baxter México – Senior Manufacturing Engineer. Responsibilities: Lead the transfer and integration of manufacturing processes from other Baxter facilities, ensuring successful implementation, validation, and operational readiness. / Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase productivity, improve first-pass yield, reduce scrap, and enhance overall manufacturing performance. / Design, develop, and implement manufacturing tools, fixtures, inspection equipment, and process improvements that support safe and efficient production. / Analyze manufacturing data, identify performance trends, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve quality and operational results. / Plan and support manufacturing capacity strategies, including equipment, labor, space utilization, and maintenance considerations to meet business demands. / Lead or contribute to process validation activities, including IQ, OQ, PQ, and related verification efforts, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. / Collaborate with suppliers, operations, quality, and cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges and successfully execute engineering projects.
