PepsiCo México – Finance Support Analyst – Digital Planning. Responsabilidades: Support critical FP&A and planning processes, including month-end close, forecasting and budgeting, by leveraging data, technology, and automation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness. / Partner with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders including Sales Finance, Supply Chain Finance, FP&A, Control, and other teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective IBM Planning Analytics solutions. / Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), providing day-to-day support to end-users and helping them effectively leverage the platform for their planning activities. / Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and streamline processes, challenging existing ways of working and helping drive continuous improvement across planning activities. / Lead issue resolution from identification through closure, analyzing root causes, defining action plans, prioritizing and escalating critical issues when required. / Partner with IT and external consulting teams to communicate business requirements, coordinate fixes and enhancements, and support successful implementation. / Support system testing and releases, ensuring new functionality and changes meet business requirements and maintain the stability of critical planning processes. / Develop and deliver training and enablement for users across different levels of the organization, supporting adoption of new functionality and ways of working.
