Global Payments México – Senior Financial Analyst. Responsibilities: Drive financial planning and forecasting. Own complex budget analyses, financial plans, revenue forecasts, and performance reporting that give senior leaders clear visibility into business results, emerging trends, and opportunities for growth. / Influence decisions through clear financial reporting. Develop and review financial analyses, management reports, and presentations that translate complex information into actionable insights for senior leaders and other stakeholders. / Protect financial integrity through audit readiness. Own complex audit requests, deliver accurate and timely information, identify potential risks, and address process issues to strengthen audit outcomes and maintain compliance. / Shape better accounting practices. Interpret changes in accounting standards and regulations, assess their impact on financial processes, and recommend improvements to methodologies, systems, and controls that keep the business compliant and efficient. / Raise the standard of team performance. Review financial work, share technical expertise, and coach less experienced colleagues to strengthen accounting knowledge, improve accuracy, and build confidence across the team. / Create more effective financial processes. Influence the development and implementation of accounting systems, cost accounting methods, procedures, and budgetary controls that improve consistency, efficiency, and the quality of financial information.
