Cisco México – Engineering Project Specialist. We are hiring an Engineering Project Specialist to drive Software Releases for the IOSXR Business Unit. You will play an integral role in tracking features and dependencies for IOSXR Releases and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business goals. Responsibilities: As an Engineering Project Specialist, you will lead the development and continuous process improvements for software releases. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to: / Project Execution: Ensure features are delivered on time and with the right quality. / Problem Solving: Help teams resolve inter-dependencies. / Collaboration: Establish relationships within your team and identify the right partners for cross-functional engagement. / Reporting: Coordinate progress against established plans and report status to management. / AI: Utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency in tracking releases and automate report creation.
