Global Payments México – Corporate Recruiter. Responsabilidades: Join a dynamic talent acquisition team where you'll play a key role in connecting top talent with exciting opportunities. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support high-volume recruiting efforts, partner with hiring managers, and help deliver an exceptional candidate experience while contributing to business growth. / Support the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume hiring needs. / Execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, career fairs, and other recruiting channels. / Identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates through proactive sourcing techniques. / Screen resumes, applications, and other candidate materials to assess qualifications and fit. / Conduct initial candidate interviews and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers. / Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and recruitment priorities. / Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, hiring activity, and recruiting progress. / Manage interview scheduling and coordinate candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
