Responsabilidades: You translate commercial / salon / and retail data into actionable business intelligence that accelerates revenue growth across our professional haircare portfolio. Reporting to the Commercial Operations Director / you equip sales / On an ordinary day / you will: / Build / automate / and maintain commercial dashboards in Power BI and Excel / tracking sell-in / sell-out / and distribution metrics / Analyse salon customer segments / retail performance / and promotional ROI across hero brands like Kérastase / Redken / and L'Oréal Professionnel / Partner with commercial / finance / and supply chain teams to evaluate sales forecast accuracy / trade spending / and inventory health / Identify distribution whitespace opportunities and pricing trends across B2B salon networks and specialty retail doors / Deliver data-driven recommendations during commercial cycle reviews to help leadership steer strategic sales decisions
