Amazon México – Our FC Operations network delivers millions of packages and smiles to Amazon customers every day. We are looking for seasoned, customer-focused leaders who want to join our team as an Area Manager at our FC. In this role, you will lead multiple teams of hourly workforce and will be responsible for developing and coaching other managers while ensuring the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance across operations. You will drive strategic initiatives and optimize processes while maintaining service level agreements and delivery expectations. Your scope includes ensuring inventory is efficiently processed and distributed from vendors to our Fulfillment Centers (FCs) at the right time and in the right quantities, supporting the broader Amazon fulfillment network and ultimately enabling timely customer deliveries. You will also be responsible for implementing new technologies and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
