Baxter México – Senior Supply Planner (Monterrey). Responsibilities: Lead and optimize the Master Production Plan (MPS) for designated products and complex portfolios. / Balance production, inventory, capacity, and customer requirements to achieve service, operational, and financial objectives. / Monitor performance against production plans, identify root causes of gaps, and drive corrective actions to resolution. / Own delivery commitments for make-to-order products, considering capacity, material availability, lead times, and business priorities. / Drive supply planning processes for third-party manufactured products and collaborate with suppliers to mitigate risks. / Lead scenario planning and risk assessments related to capacity, inventory, material availability, and production lead times. / Develop and maintain material supply plans (MRP) to support manufacturing requirements. / Manage raw material and component inventories while ensuring uninterrupted production. / Identify supply risks and lead mitigation strategies across internal and external stakeholders. / Lead Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) activities, optimizing inventory deployment across the network.
